My oh my how the measure does fly! I can't believe it's been a month since my last post. I am thinking this may be a bullet point post just to get caught up on all the reading and goings ons that I have been up to! So here goes: : This was my own little mini-challenge to myself. I meant to read three books but I only ended up reading two. The first was The accommodate With A measure In It's Walls by John Bellairs. This was a great story. It was spooky without being too scary for it's young readers. I desire I had construe this one many many years ago! I also construe The Tale of Despereaux by Kate DiCamillo which I also enjoyed. It was a wonderful act on the fairytale genre and I found myself thoroughly rooting for Despereaux on his quest! It is nearing the end of the and I just know I am not going to end by the end of this month. But I am going to read all of the books that I chose for the contend - I AM! I am nearing the end of and I can express already that this is a series and I am going to want remove into. And it is just the kind of book I am in the mood for during the holiday toughen! I am looking forward to the discussion over at. I read by Ian McEwan a couple of weeks ago. It took me a long while to end if I was going to desire it or not. While I think he has a wonderful use of language the whole first section was really tough for me. It wasn't until I got into the second half of the book that I really became engrossed. And the ending certainly made it worthwhile even if it wasn't the happily ever after ending you might evaluate. Can't act to see the ! So I did get one of the lead roles in that compete I mentioned in my last post. Plus it looks like I am doing the choreography for the other show as well. So if I am absent from this blog in upcoming weeks you'll know why! I am hoping to do a wrap up of all my reading from this past year in the next couple of weeks so stay tuned! Phew! I think that catches up on most things. I have been running myself ragged at work the past few weeks but it looks like I'll be able to act a breather for a bit here and dig myself out from under all the piles on my desk! Here's hoping I can analyse in a little more often here and keep things up to go out. Well at least I'll act trying! Hey congrats on the theatre work! Sounds great!And I can't act to hear what you think of the movie of 'Atonement'. I felt much the same as you did about the book but I know I won't see the movie until it's on dvd. Melanie the movie was actually very adjust to the book. Condensing things quite a bit though. I am curious to see what someone who has not read the schedule thinks of the movie. I enjoyed it though it's certainly not a movie to watch if you are looking for something uplifting!
